Rental Agreement Information

Our frozen drink machine, part of our margarita machine rental service, weighs about 200 lbs, so please advise us upon ordering if there are any steps involved. We may need some assistance during delivery and pickup, especially for party rentals. Please note that we will not set up on the second story unless there's an elevator available. Margaritas 4U will not be held liable for any failures of the margarita machine if it is moved after we set it up and ensure that it is in good working order, or if the electrical connection is altered in any way. If you need to move the machine or change the electrical connection, please give us a call for authorization and assistance.

Our rental agreement policy states that if the machine is physically broken or stolen while in your possession, you will be held financially liable for repair or replacement. You will not be responsible for mechanical malfunctions unless evidence of operational abuse is clear. The margarita machine requires a dedicated outlet with a 20 amp breaker. It will not freeze if other items are connected to the same breaker. If the margarita machine does not freeze, Margaritas 4U will inspect it to determine if there was an electrical issue. Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for electrical issues. If the machine does not freeze within an hour, please call us ASAP—DO NOT wait until the end of your party. Lastly, please do not use anything other than the mixes and recipes that we provide from Margaritas 4U.
